At times, It is beneficial for Admins to be able to apply for leave on behalf of employees. This helps in the timely request processing, managing leave requests efficiently, and maintaining accurate leave records.

To override the leave restriction on Keka, navigate to Time Attend (1), then go to Leave (2), and under Leave Plans (3) you will see all the leave plans configured for your organization.

Select the relevant leave plan and find the Leave Type you want to edit. Click on the three dots next to View and click Settings.

This will open up a new window where you have to proceed to the Applying Leave & Approval section by clicking Save & Continue on the previous sections.

Here, open the Additional Settings (Optional) section, and then you have to find and enable the 'Manager can override all the restrictions while applying leave on behalf of the employee' option.

Click Save & Continue and then you can exit this window.
