To process the Full and Final settlement of employees, it's important to have the data of their leave balance and the leaves they applied for during their notice period or any specific date range. In this article, we are going to guide you step-by-step on how to download a report that provides leave requests and leave balances for relieved employees.
Go to Time Attend (1) and click on Reports (2). Under Leave Reports click on Leave Request of Relieved Employees (3).
In the Report, please select the Date Range (4) and click Run (5).
There are Advanced Filters you can use to create the report for a particular Business Unit, Department, Location, Leave type, and Leave Status.
The Report will then display the leave requests and also the status of the leave like Approved/canceled/rejected of relieved employees in the selected date range and you can download it.
You can also download the report in an Excel/PDF format by clicking on the Download icon.
To check the leave balances of relieved employees, Click on Time Attend (1) and select Reports (2). Under Leave Reports select Leave Balance of Relieved Employees (3).
In the report, please select the Leave Plan (1), Leave Calendar year (1), and click Run (2). The Report will display the leave balance of the relieved employees in the selected Leave plan.
There are advanced filters you can use to create the report for a particular Business Unit, Department, and Location.
The Report will then display the leave balance of every leave type of the relieved employees in the selected date range and you can download it.
You can download the report in an Excel format by clicking on the download icon.
