Full and Final Settlement (hereby referred to as FnF) is the process of calculating the payables and dues, when an employee is resigning, retired, or terminated from the organization. Keka lets you download the full and final settlement report of employees within a selected timeframe to facilitate keeping records.
To download the FnF settlement report, go to Payroll (1) and click on Reports (2). You will be directed to Payroll, Contribution & Taxes tab.
Scroll down the page to find the Full and Final Settlement Reports, and select Employee Full and Final Settlement Report (3).
In the next window select the Paygroup (in case of multiple paygroups) and the Date Range (4) you would like to check the settlement report.
You can use the other filters if necessary to generate a report as per your requirement and click Run (5). This will generate the report for all the settlements done in the selected timeframe.
You can use the Download Icon (6) to download the report.
