Sequential reviews trigger the reviews form as per the sequence set one after the other. The sequence is important in case you want to give access to reviewers like reporting manager access to view self, peer or any other reviewer's responses.
The Order can be changed only if the reviews are not initiated. In case the reviews are initiated, you need to cancel the reviews in order to change the order.
To change the order of reviews you can go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under the Review group (3) select the Review Cycle in which you would like to change the order and under Options Select Launch Details (4).
In the window, under Time to submit review for all reviewers select Edit and under sequential use the Icon available beside the name of the reviewers to rearrange them as per your requirement. Once this is done, click Save and then Save again.
