How to cancel preboarding for a candidate in HIRE?

When a candidate is in the pre-boarding stage, i.e., the candidate has cleared all the interviews, assessments, and other sources, and now the admin needs to collect the documents, and release the offer letter, etc., and the admin or the recruiter needs to cancel the pre-boarding due to any reason. Keka provides you with an option to cancel the pre-boarding of any candidate at any given point in time. 

Below is the path for the same -

Go to the Pre-boarding (1) section of the Keka Hire Portal, and you'll be taken on In pre-boarding (2). Now go to the stage where the candidate is. Here, the candidate is in the Start (1) stage. 

Go to the extreme right corner of the candidate's name and click on the 3 dots (1). Then click on Cancel Pre-boarding (2).

Once you click on cancel pre-boarding, a pop-up will appear on your screen. Enter the reason (1) for the cancellation of pre-boarding, and click on Confirm (2).
