How to the update Project Health?

Project health refers to the status or overall condition of a specific project as reflected in the timesheet data. It is an assessment of how well the project is progressing, whether it is on schedule, within budget, and meeting its objectives. By analyzing the data from timesheets, project managers and stakeholders can gain insights into the health of a project. Some key indicators of project health that can be assessed through timesheets include- Time and effort tracking, Budget tracking, Resource allocation, etc. It is important that Project Health is updated from time to time to understand & gauge the overall progress of the project.

Let us take a look at how we can update the health of a project. 

Navigate to Project (1) and click the Projects (2) tab. You will be directed to the Project List (3). Under the Project List, select Active Projects (4) to view the projects that are currently active. Then, click on the Project Name (5), in which the Employee is added.

On the next window for the selected project, go to Heath (1) & click on Update Health (2).

On the next window, update the Project Health Status (1), add the Comments (2) for the status updates for each parameter & click on Update (3).
