Integrating Keka Hire with Gmail/Outlook

In the fast-paced world of recruitment, teams often find themselves managing communication across various tools, resulting in time-consuming inefficiencies. Addressing this challenge, the integration of Gmail/Outlook accounts with Keka Hire emerges as a solution, offering a streamlined approach. This integration empowers users to consolidate and track email communication with candidates seamlessly, all within the unified environment of Keka Hire. This not only saves valuable time but enhances the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.


Let us now take a look at how to get this integration done - 


On the Keka Hire portal, go to the Apps (1) section and then under Integrations you will be able to see the Mailing (2) section with the option to enable integration with Gmail or Outlook.


You can only integrate one email service at a time, i.e., you can either select Gmail or Outlook integration and not both



To integrate your Gmail account with Keka Hire, switch the toggle on the Gmail card.



An overlay window will pop-up where you will have to click on Sign in with Google.



A new page will open in a new tab asking you to choose an account to login. Select the desired account.



On the next page, you will be asked to enable certain permissions (1) for the integration to be able to work. After enabling these permissions, click on Continue (2).



You will now get a success notification, along with an indication on the Gmail card indicating that the integration was successful!



To integrate your Outlook account with Keka Hire, switch the toggle on the Outlook card.



An overlay window will pop-up where you will have to click on Sign in with Outlook.



On the next page, you will be asked to accept certain permissions for the integration to be able to work. Click on Accept to continue with the integration.



You will now get a success notification, along with an indication on the Outlook card indicating that the integration was successful!



Now, click on the Inbox (1) section. Under Inbox, at the top you will see the My Active Jobs (2) tab where you will be able to view email conversations with all candidates that are part of active jobs that are under you. You will also be able to view jobs that are not directly under you but you are a part of.


Additionally, you have all the usual functionality of a normal inbox and the ability to send out new emails and also send out emails in bulk to candidates.
