Integrating Docusign in Keka

This article let us understand how to integrate DocuSign with Keka.


To integrate DocuSign with Keka, click on Apps (1) from the left navigation menu and click on Configure (2) under DocuSign.



To integrate DocuSign with Keka admins require certain keys and to generate those keys click on this link DocuSign Login to log into the DocuSign admin account using your credentials.

Click on Settings (1)  and navigate to Apps and Keys (2)



 In order to perform integration, create a developer account by clicking on the Developer Account hyperlink.



Now you will redirected another DocuSign webpage, where you will find the option of Create Account, click here to create a developer account. 



Provide the required details and click on Get Started.



Click on Activate in the confirmation email that you receive



After activation login into your developer acc, navigate to settings and click on Add APP AND INTEGRATION KEY (3) and Provide the App Name as Keka. 



Now click on CREATE APP (4) to save your app integration name.



Once your App Name is registered, scroll down and click on Generate RSA (5).



From the pop up that appears copy the Private Key. Please note that the Private Key appears only once so keep it handy.



Now, add URL of your app by clicking on the ADD URL (6).

For example https://anvyl.keka.com/#/home/dashboard/ if your dashboard link is the following, then your redirect URL would be https://anvyl.keka.com


Now copy the Integration Key (7) and User ID (8), save it for further reference.



Now, in the Keka portal, paste the User ID, Integration Key and Private Key that were generated in the DocuSign portal, and click on Generate URL and then Connect. 




Once you click on Allow Access, you will be redirected to another tab asking for access to Keka click on Allow Access and your integration will be established.



After integrating DocuSign with Keka, click on Org from the left navigation menu and navigate to Documents.

In the documents tab, create a test Document Template.



In the document signature select DocuSign and put a signture place holder in the template.



Now generate a letter for yourself using the same template. You will receive a mail from DocuSign asking you to make a digital signature.



After adding a signature you will receive a confirmation from DocuSign team.



In order to encounter technical errors and glitches generate the test document for 5 times. 


Now login into your DocuSign account and navigate to Apps & Keys in Settings. In the Actions Click on Start Go Live Review.



Now come back to Apps tab of Keka portal and Re-configure the DocuSign integration.



After completing the above mentioned procedure wait for 24 hours to establish a proper integration between DocuSign and Keka.
