This article will show you how to use Keka Hire to create and send offer letters. It's simple and useful, with special templates, automatic steps, and digital signing.

To start, go to the Preboarding (1) section In Preboarding (2) you can see the complete Preboarding flow. Then, under Release Offer (3) you'll see the list of candidates who have completed their interview rounds and are ready to receive their offer letters.

From here you can Generate Offer Letters, Release them to the candidates and also Remind anyone on whom the offer letter is pending.

Generating an Offer Letter

Let's see how you can Generate an offer letter for a candidate.

The Generate Offer window is divided into four sections. First, in the Basic Details section, you have to define the Job Details, which includes Job Title, Department, Location and the associated Legal Entity, along with the DOJ and validity of this offer

On the right side of the window, under Candidate Details, you'll get a preview of how these details will appear on the employee profile.

Next, you have to decide the Compensation offered to the employee. This entails deciding the Pay group, the Remuneration Type (form of payment) and the Annual Salary figure (Excluding one-time payments) of the employees. You can also add any bonuses here if applicable.

On the right side of the window, you can view the Salary Breakup for the Candidate.

In the third section, you have to draft the Offer Letter. To do this you can use any templates you may have configured previously, or upload a custom offer letter. Once you do either, you'll see a preview on the right side.

In the Finalize section, you can verify all the details and click Generate to generate the offer(s).

Releasing an Offer Letter

Once an offer letter is generated, the next step is to send it to the candidate(s). do so, click Release Offer next to the candidate's name.

Then just put in the CC recipients of this email containing the offer letter and modify the Subject line if you wish.

You can also modify the letter body and add any attachments reality.

Then just Preview the email and if everything is fine, click on Send
