How to resend invite to employees who have not registered with Keka Hire?

The responsibility for the recruitment process falls on various individuals including hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers. These users need to be added to the Keka Hire portal so that they can filter out the candidates and select the ones that best suit the open job position. However, due to certain circumstances, employees/users might not receive the invite email, and we might have to resend the invite to a user. 


Let us take a look at how we can resend an invite to a user in Keka Hire.


In the Keka Hire portal, go to Settings (1), and under Organization, go to the Users & Permissions (2) section and click on the three dots (3) against the user that you want to resend the invite to and select Resend Invite (4). You can use the search bar to search for the user.




You might have to search for the employee under the respective role that the employee is added under.
