How to resend invite to an employee on Keka?

Employees are required to register on Keka by accepting an email invitation that would be sent to them via their work email. However, in certain cases where there is a firewall or browser security blocking Keka emails, the email never gets delivered to the recipient. In such cases after taking necessary action, you will have to re-send the invite to those employees.


Keka offers you the ability to re-send the invite until the employee is registered in the Keka portal. This can be done either individually for each employee or in bulk for a group of employees.


How to resend the invite to an individual employees


Search for the employee's name in the Global Search Bar (1) and click on Resend Invite (2).



How to resend invites to employees in bulk

Navigate to the Org (1) section of your Keka portal and go to Employees (2). Then, select the Logins (3) tab and click on the Login Registrations (4) section.



Select the Login status as Invited - Not Registered (1) from the given filter options, then select the employees (2) and then click on Invite Employee (3).



You can only send an invite to employees who have not already registered on Keka or when there is a change in the work email of the employee.
