Staying informed about your project's progress is essential for effective project management. Keka PSA provides reports that offer valuable insights and help you stay on top of your projects. In this article, we will explore how to access and utilize project reports to analyze project performance and make informed decisions.

To access reports for any project, go to the Project (1) section and then navigate to the Projects (3) tab. Here, under Project List, you will find a comprehensive list of all the Active projects undertaken by your organization. Alternatively, you can access all projects by going to the All Projects section.

Once you have identified the project (3) for which you want to access reports, you can click on it to open the project details page.

Within the project details, you will find a dedicated Reports section. This section provides access to various reports that can help you analyze the project's performance and gain insights into different aspects of the project.

One of the key reports available is the Resource Work Hours report. It allows you to track and analyze the total work hours spent by each resource in the project. This report provides a detailed breakdown of billable and non-billable hours, enabling you to evaluate resource utilization and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation.

Another valuable report is the Task Work Hours report, which gives you a comprehensive overview of the work hours spent on each task within the project. By analyzing task work hours, you can assess task progress, identify bottlenecks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

In addition to these reports, Keka PSA offers a range of other reports that help you analyze project financials, track project expenses, monitor project timelines, and evaluate project profitability. These reports provide valuable data and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize project performance. To learn more about them check out the article on Reports in Keka PSA.
