Viewing the courses

To view the current courses that are in drafts, published or archived, go to Keka Learn from your left navigation pane and select the Manage Courses tab. You can see the various courses in the tabs on this page depending on their status.

The Drafts tab will show you the courses that you or other course creators are currently working on. You can view and edit these courses from here.

Deleting or Archiving a Course

Let’s say you want to edit the first course on this page. Select the course from here.

On the course inside page, you can view the course in more detail. You can perform any action that you want from this page. To publish the course, click on the Publish button (1). If you want to preview the course and see how it looks like, click on the Preview button (2)To edit the course and add or edit content that is already added, click on the Edit icon (3)

Finally, you can also archive the course by clicking on the three dots icon (4) and selecting Move to Archive from the drop-down.

If you want to completely delete a course you have previously created, select the three dots icon and then select the Delete Course option.

Similarly, you can view and perform various actions on the published course by selecting the Published tab. To view the archived courses, go to the Archived tab
