From where can we fetch any attendance related reports?

Attendance-related reports are important because they provide valuable insights into employee productivity, attendance patterns, and potential issues. These reports can also help in calculating salaries, bonuses, and other benefits accurately. Moreover, these reports are useful for legal compliance and can serve as a record of an employee's attendance history.

To find the attendance report on Keka, navigate to Time Attend (1) and go to Reports (2)

From here you can find and access any attendance-related report you require. Furthermore, this page is divided into several sections (Leave Reports, Attendance Reports, Negligence Reports, Punctuality Reports, and Attendance Request Reports) to make it easier for you to locate the required report.

For example, if you want a report summarizing the number of working days, leaves, and working hours status of the employees for the past 30 days, You can go to the Attendance Reports (1) section and click on Working Days & Effective Hours Summary (2).

This will open up a new window, where you have to select the Date Range and if required, click on Show Advance Filters to get the report for employees of any specific Departments, Business Units, or Locations

Click Run to generate the report.

In the generated report, you can use the three dots (1) on the right to show/hide or filter the columns, and next to that you have the Download icon (2) to save the report as excel or PDF.

And that is how you can view/download any attendance-related reports as per your requirement.
