Integrating SpringVerify with Keka

When a new employee joins a company, the company often checks their background to make sure the information they provided is correct. Most organizations often have Background Verfication Partners to carry out these verifications of employees on behalf of the organization. These partners verify details to ensure everything is accurate. It's like the company's way of double-checking things to welcome new team members smoothly.

With Keka, you can integrate with Spring Verify as your Background Verification Partner to handle employee verifications for your organization. Let us now understand the process of integration in detail.

Integration of SpringVerify

To integrate SpringVerify as your background verification partner, click on Apps (1) from the left navigation menu. Now scroll down to find the option of SpringVerify and click on Configure (2).

When you select Configure, you will be taken to the Spring Verify Integration screen. Here, you can choose to make SpringVerify your verification partner by clicking on Contact (3) to share your details for them to get in touch with you.

If you are already using SpringVerify's services, click on Connect (4) and input the Access Token provided by the SpringVerify team. This token allows you to seamlessly integrate your data with Keka.

How to Generate an Access Token on SpringVerify?

To generate an access token, click on this link https://portal.in.springverify.com/signIn and sign in to your SpringVerify account using your credentials. 

Once signed in, go to your Profile (1) and select Settings (2). Within Settings, navigate to API (3) and click on Generate Token (4). Create a token by assigning it a name and then copy it.

Paste this token in the portal and click on Continue. Now select the packages that are applicable to your organization and click on connect to integrate SpringVerify as your background verification partner.
